1858
Legislative act of 1858 by the Iowa legislature establishing the Iowa State Agricultural College and Farm, what would become Iowa State University of Science and Technology.

1869
Published addresses delivered at the opening of the Iowa State Agricultural College, March 17, 1869. Speeches were made by Lieutenant Governor Scott, Benjamin Gue, Governor Merrill, Honorable John Russell, and the College president Adonijah Welch.

Foster assembled the scrapbook in September 2002.
