About the collection
The Iowa State Lectures Series, a collaborative effort between the Student Government and the Office of the Provost, brings to campus a broad spectrum of talks, political debates, academic forums, and cultural events. The online collection consists of more than 1,000 audio recordings dating back to the 1970s. Note: University Library Digital Collections contains records for the full Lectures Series collection (https://n2t.net/ark:/87292/w91v5bm0b), and each record includes a link to the audio recording on the Iowa State University Aviary website. However, due to various access restrictions, the collection is split into three sets within the Aviary website. For information about these restrictions, see the Usage Rights note in each record.

Accessibility information
The Iowa State University Library is committed to providing access to its digital content. Certain material, particularly older materials, handwritten documents, and visual content, present unique challenges in providing fully accessible resources. If you are experiencing barriers to accessing, viewing, or navigating the Digital Collections site please contact us for assistance or to request additional formats.
Technical Credits - CollectionBuilder
This digital collection is built with CollectionBuilder, an open source framework for creating digital collection and exhibit websites that is developed by faculty librarians at the University of Idaho Library following the Lib-Static methodology.
Using the CollectionBuilder-CSV template and the static website generator Jekyll, this project creates an engaging interface to explore driven by metadata.
