- Two day dresses. The left dress shows a seamed and decorated bodice coming to a point at the waist, overhanging the shoulders are wide strips of fabric, the pagoda sleeves are extremely wide and 3/4 length with a lace blouse underneath, a lace collar, and very full skirt that includes a single flounce at the hem and columns of fabric poufs with bows on each side. The left dress also has a seamed and decorated bodice coming to a point at the waist with fabric extending over the shoulders, a lace collar; long, full, sleeves with 3 flounces, each edged with fringe, reflecting the 4 fringe-trimmed flounces in the full skirt. Both women have softly rolled, pulled-back hairdos and the woman on the left appears to have a snood. (published for Les Modes Parisiennes).
