From donor Maggie Dvorak: “I chose to contribute masks for several events in the Cedar Valley. These were events to bring community leaders and members together to show support for Black lives mattering, and to denounce systemic racism in our communities, and world wide. Due to Covid 19, and my belief in the importance of doing our best to protect each other during a world wide pandemic, it was important to provide as many masks as necessary for participants to have available for use. I hope to continue to donate and contribute my voice and my mask making abilities in any opportunity I am able. I will do this in hopes of supporting community health, and to support bringing an end to the systemic racism present in our world.”
