Pamphlet describes the history, purpose, services, programs, counseling, senior center of the Jesse Cosby Neighborhood Center at 1112 Mobile Street in Waterloo, Iowa. The Jesse Cosby Neighborhood Center opened in 1966 and the Jesse Cosby Senior Center opened in 1978. Both are located in the “Northeast Triangle” or “North End,” Waterloo’s most prominent historic Black neighborhood.
