Beat the Streetz Foundation is a Waterloo nonprofit dedicated to providing education and resources to area youth, young adults, and adults for the prevention of gun violence. It’s founder, Raynelle Walker, is sister of local citizen Greg Walker, murdered 5/19/2018. The case remains unsolved. His nickname, “Streetz,” is the origin of the Foundation’s name.  
Beat the Streetz contributed to the organization of several Waterloo protests in 2020.
